AIDC EC Senior Project Manager Thandile Samela explains the value of the prog‍‍‍ramme for Host Companies

Why hire a prime candidate?

Candidates are carefully se‍‍‍lected black engineering graduates with accredited qualifications, including Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Quallty, Operations et al.

Your chosen candidate is paid by us and managed by you to work for a period of 12 months. For this period you do not pay a salary but benefit from the skilled resource on your shopfloor. During these 12 months your candidate is mentored and trained by us in world class manufacturing techniques and principles, to achieve your objectives.

The programme bridges the gap between the theoretical knowledge of  graduates and the business acumen and results-driven requirements of business. There is no placement or recruitment fee whatsoever.

Many of South Africa's leading small and big business have recruited in this way....and continue to do so.

How we do it

A partnership with National Government's Jobs Fund enables this rebate with the expectation that the candidate will be employed permanently (at least another 12 months), in the 2nd year.

Terms of an employment contract are negotiated between you and the candidate.
